As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating your team to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Wireless Sales Professionals to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to meet or exceed established sales and reporting targets.
  • Conduct daily field visits and maintain a visible presence within your market to ensure excellence.
  • Analyze performance data and regularly report on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Sales Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written required.
