Job Opportunity: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at AirPipe-USA LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and customer feedback
  • Present our products and services to prospective customers and negotiate sales agreements
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on market trends and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide training and coaching to sales team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity within your assigned territory

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role
  • Track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience preferred
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and use performance metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Pipe industry and fittings knowledge or experience a plus
  • 50% travel required
