Role Overview:

The ideal candidate for the Creator Marketing Coordinator position will possess 1-3 years of experience in creator marketing or social media. A passion for the entertainment industry, along with a detail-oriented, energetic, and creative mindset, is essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career while working with prestigious clients and a supportive team committed to your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about emerging trends in the creator marketing landscape and regularly update the team on essential developments across social media platforms.
  • Develop creator strategies and compile target lists for proposed marketing concepts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, creators, and bloggers, particularly in the realms of entertainment, pop culture, and lifestyle.
  • Adhere to the agency's creator onboarding procedures, including contracts, FTC guidelines, deliverables, and billing processes.
  • Utilize the agency's creator discovery and reporting tools, providing recaps and reports on creator program initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance creator contact databases, ensuring accurate vetting and updating of rates for both new and existing contacts.
  • Assist in staffing media events with creator participants.

Qualifications:

  • A positive, collaborative, and energetic individual with a deep passion for film and entertainment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics.
  • Knowledge of trends, technological advancements, and innovations related to social media and creator marketing.
