As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Creator Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time) to enhance our Global Creator team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to entertainment studios.

Role Overview:

We are in search of a Creator Marketing Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in creator marketing or social media, to assist our Creator Marketing Department. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for the entertainment sector, be detail-oriented, energetic, creative, and eager to learn.

The Creator Marketing Coordinator will act as a vital resource for the Creator Marketing team, engaging in research, brainstorming sessions, creator identification and outreach, event staffing, reporting, and various administrative duties. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career while working with prestigious clients and a team dedicated to your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about emerging trends in the creator marketing landscape and provide the team with essential updates regarding developments across social platforms.
  • Develop creator strategies and target lists for proposed initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, creators, and bloggers, particularly in the realms of entertainment, pop culture, and lifestyle.
  • Adhere to the agency's creator onboarding procedures, including contracts, FTC guidelines, deliverables, new vendor processes, and billing.
  • Utilize the agency's creator discovery and reporting tools, summarizing and reporting on creator program initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance creator contact databases, proactively updating, vetting, and adding rates for both new and existing contacts.
  • Support media events with creator participants.

Required Skills:

  • Positive, collaborative, energetic, and deeply passionate about film and entertainment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics.
  • Knowledgeable about trends, technological advancements, and innovations relevant to social media and creator marketing.
