We are in a phase of rapid growth and are seeking a Creator Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time) to support our Global Creator team in delivering exceptional service to entertainment studios.
Role Overview:
We are in search of a Creator Marketing Coordinator who possesses 1-3 years of experience in creator marketing or social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for the entertainment sector, be detail-oriented, energetic, creative, and eager to expand their knowledge.
The Creator Marketing Coordinator will act as a vital resource for the Creator Marketing team, assisting with research, brainstorming sessions, creator identification and engagement, event staffing, reporting, and various administrative tasks. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career while collaborating with esteemed clients and a team dedicated to your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about emerging trends in creator marketing and regularly update the team on essential developments across social media platforms.
- Develop creator strategies and targeted lists for proposed marketing concepts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, creators, and bloggers, particularly in the realms of entertainment, pop culture, and lifestyle.
- Adhere to the agency's creator onboarding procedures, including contracts, FTC guidelines, deliverables, and billing processes.
- Utilize the agency's creator discovery and reporting tools, providing recaps and reports on creator program initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance creator contact databases, proactively updating and vetting information, including rates for new and existing contacts.
- Assist in staffing media events with creator participants.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and deeply passionate about film and entertainment.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Familiarity with social media analytics.
- Informed about trends, technological advancements, and innovations related to social media and creator marketing.
