Role Overview:
The Creator Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in our agency, focusing on the design and implementation of innovative creator marketing initiatives. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of social media dynamics and creator trends, coupled with exceptional communication and organizational capabilities. The Specialist will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external collaborators to boost brand visibility, generate excitement, and enhance engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and assess creators that align with client goals and target demographics.
- Establish and nurture relationships with creators, negotiating partnerships and securing collaboration opportunities.
- Design and execute creator marketing initiatives, including briefing creators, overseeing content production, and monitoring campaign effectiveness.
- Draft and comprehend contracts with creators, leading the negotiation of terms.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure best practices in creator marketing.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring timely payments to creators.
- Facilitate collaborations between creators, clients, and other brands to maximize cross-promotion.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content concepts that meet client objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to creators to ensure adherence to brand messaging and standards.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and assist the Creator Marketing & PR Director in developing and presenting pitch materials.
Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for creator marketing campaigns.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to convey campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to enhance performance and return on investment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers and creative personnel, to align strategies and deliver outstanding client service.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, including creators and talent agencies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment that inspires and motivates the team.
- Work closely with the Creator team to prioritize tasks and provide direction and support.
- Lead by example in adopting effective office and business management practices.
- Represent the agency at industry events and trade shows.
- Achieve key performance indicators and objectives.
- Participate in training programs as identified by management.
Candidate Profile:
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and deeply passionate about film and entertainment.
- 2-5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, preferably within the entertainment sector.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent written, organizational, and time management skills.
- Reliable and knowledgeable about creator practices.
- Ability to lead and strategize campaigns with minimal oversight.
- Established relationships with creators and talent representatives that have led to successful collaborations.
