POSITION SUMMARY

The Creative Production Supervisor is a crucial leadership role tasked with guiding and orchestrating both creative and production teams. This position involves managing Producers, Project Managers, and Studio coordination to ensure efficient project management and the delivery of high-quality creative content. Working in close collaboration with the Global Director, the Creative Production Supervisor outlines project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource distribution, while also overseeing budget reporting for both internal and client-related requirements, particularly concerning production shoots and external projects.

This role is essential in ensuring that creative content meets quality benchmarks and aligns with industry standards. The Creative Production Supervisor must remain informed about emerging technologies and innovative practices to sustain a competitive advantage. By offering strategic guidance and support, this position enhances the skills and performance of the creative and production teams, promoting a collaborative and successful work atmosphere.

Must have experience working with clients in the technology sector.

JOB DUTIES

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION:

Overseeing all phases of production, from pre-production through to post-production. Leading the management of creative and production teams. Collaborating with Senior Leadership to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for significant projects and campaigns. Engaging with external partners as necessary to enhance negotiations and streamline workflows for optimal efficiency. Ensuring that creative content adheres to quality standards, reflects current industry trends, and stays abreast of emerging technologies and innovative practices. Coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources to guarantee that production remains on schedule and within budget. Managing budget reporting processes to meet both internal requirements and client-facing expectations, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial communications.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION:

Leading and mentoring production teams to cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment. Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear expectations. Addressing conflicts and challenges to ensure smooth production flow and team productivity.

OPERATIONS:

Overseeing final outputs to ensure they meet quality standards and align with project objectives. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards, including copyright and licensing matters. Reviewing and approving content to ensure it adheres to branding guidelines and production standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 7-10 years in the creative industry, with a robust background in shoot production and video content. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in advertising or a related field. Extensive hands-on experience in creative production (including shoot production), encompassing planning, staffing, and workflow optimization, with a proven ability to coordinate content creation for various campaigns such as eCommerce, performance, and social media. Proficient in project management tools and creative and production workflows. In-depth knowledge of digital platforms and best practices, with a passion for staying current on social and content trends. Skilled in monitoring and tracking projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Proficient in proactively managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide creative and production teams. Proven capability to implement solutions that deliver high-quality services efficiently and profitably. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a results-oriented mindset. Solution-focused with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management. Capable of working under pressure and delegating tasks effectively.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients, ensuring alignment across all parties. Skilled in escalating issues and providing visibility to leadership for critical decision-making. Strong interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages team cohesion and productivity. Proficient in delegating tasks appropriately, providing guidance and support for seamless project execution. Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
