As a key member of our Department Management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates who are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You'll be the face of our store, building strong relationships with customers and their pets. You'll work closely with our pet care experts to provide personalized advice and solutions that meet the unique needs of each pet parent.
  • Associate Leadership: You'll lead a team of passionate and dedicated associates who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll provide guidance, support, and coaching to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring our stores are always stocked with the latest products and services. You'll work closely with our merchandising and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies that meet the needs of our customers.
