The Director of Global Creative Operations is tasked with managing all facets of studio functionality, including team leadership, project oversight, and artistic guidance. The Studio Director is accountable for the effective use of resources, both internal and external, as well as overseeing studio financials. The Director collaborates closely with clients and account teams to deliver strategic solutions and maintain global consistency. They ensure that creative and production teams produce high-quality materials, comply with project briefs, and adhere to brand approval processes. Staying informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices is essential to promote creativity and innovation within the studio.

Candidates must possess experience working with clients in the technology sector.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

CREATIVE STUDIO EXPERIENCE:

At least 10 years of experience in the creative sector within B2B and/or B2C environments. A Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline. A combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. Extensive practical experience in creative production, project management, and workflow enhancement. Familiarity with the production process for shoots. Experience in orchestrating content creation for television, video, print, performance, and social media campaigns. Proficient in project management software and creative production workflows. Comprehensive knowledge of digital platforms and best practices, with a keen interest in current social and content trends.

SERVICE LINE LEADERSHIP:

Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide creative and production teams. Proven track record of implementing solutions that deliver high-quality services in a profitable and sustainable manner. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Results-oriented, responsible, and accountable.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

Demonstrated experience in hiring, managing, motivating, and developing team members. Comfortable creating internal training materials and resources that support team and individual growth. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

CREATIVE STUDIO LEADERSHIP

Collaborate closely with account leaders and clients to understand their creative requirements, presenting concepts and solutions that align with their objectives. Manage relationships from a creative standpoint alongside senior internal leadership. Assign tasks and manage project flow within the team based on skills and availability, establishing clear priorities. Oversee and mentor a team of project managers, producers, designers, visual/motion artists, and content writers. Inspire and challenge the team to think critically and deliver innovative ideas and services for every client.

GROWTH:

Partner with account teams to drive the business's response to growth opportunities with existing and prospective clients through RFI's, RFPs, and organic discussions. Maintain collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders; be recognized as a trusted creative partner within the organization.

OPERATIONS:

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of content creation innovations, technology, and target consumer insights. Actively seek opportunities for the team to enhance, optimize, and evolve its processes as the company and industry change. Collaborate with operations for process development and documentation. Ensure consistent adherence to processes across clients and sectors. Work with other centers of excellence to facilitate internal collaboration.
