Business Development Associate

The UPS Store is a dynamic retail environment seeking a highly motivated Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and help customers with various shipping, packaging, printing, and other business service needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell The UPS Store services, including shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox rentals. Actively engage customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Upsell additional services, such as printing and marketing solutions, to meet customer needs and increase store revenue.
- Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Assist customers with packaging and shipping solutions. This includes properly packing items and ensuring shipments are processed correctly.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
Qualifications:- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
