About the Role

We are a rapidly growing company providing virtual staffing solutions to successful business entrepreneurs and work teams. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Pursue inbound leads, leveraging your expertise in commission sales and client relationship development.
  • Grow and retain a book of business, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless sales experiences.

Requirements:

  • College coursework in business, marketing, or a related field (desired).
  • At least three years of experience in commission sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Competencies:

  • Exceptional client focus and relationship development skills.
  • Strong communication proficiency and confidence in handling complex sales situations.
  • Auditory processing and conversational agility, enabling swift and effective decision-making.
