We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market share in the West region.

As a leading provider of engineered equipment solutions, we serve various end markets including energy, renewables, chemical, and industrial sectors.

Our diverse portfolio includes ASME pressure vessels, API storage tanks, TEMA heat exchangers, packaged process equipment, reactors, distillation columns, and custom-designed applications. With capabilities in design, construction, and field service, we execute gas processing, storage, and utilization projects across energy, power, industrial, and biogas markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes within the region.
  • Develop strategic plans to acquire new business opportunities, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication, presentations, and site reviews.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and association meetings to enhance our visibility and network with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and progress toward sales targets.
  • Deliver accurate quotes and provide timely follow-up.
  • Prominent use of SalesForce CRM or other platform.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the energy sector, preferably with experience in propane, butane, or LNG systems.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Industrial Sales experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong understanding of assigned energy markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
