Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage business development initiatives, including marketing, sales, and partnerships.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and public agencies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the electrical contracting industry.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale operations with a focus on achieving business growth.
Compensation

$230,000 - $300,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses and stock options.
