- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule patient appointments, manage physician schedules, and minimize reschedules.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Administrative Tasks: Collect payments, maintain patient records, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, effective listening, clear verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to master multiple software systems.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to practice locations
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical practice
- Language: Bilingual - Spanish
This is a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional opportunities to volunteer for weekend clinics. Hourly pay with eligibility for overtime.
