- Record and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including actions taken and final resolutions.
- Provide on-site and remote support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
- Support new hire training for basic IT needs, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Deploy and configure new workstations for users, including equipment setup and account configuration.
- Utilize Windows and Mac OS devices, as well as Active Directory and Cisco Meraki systems.
- Test and evaluate new technologies to ensure compatibility and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain documentation for staff training purposes, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Resolve Tier 1 support tickets, providing prompt and effective solutions to technical issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or Associate Degree with two years of technical support experience, or three years of technical support experience.
- A+ and Net+ Certification or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to teach and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract vital information and detect anomalies.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within and between teams, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools, with a strong working knowledge of Tableau and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with ATM operations domain and working knowledge of Hadoop, Oracle, Jira/Agile Tools, Microstrategy, and other relevant technologies.
