Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a skilled Production / Technical Support II to join our team in Clayton, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure hardware and software to ensure seamless operations.
  • Respond to tickets in a timely manner, adhering to SLA guidelines.
  • Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including actions taken to final resolution.
  • Provide on-site and remote support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Repair and replace equipment as needed, maintaining a high level of technical expertise.
  • Assist in AV setups for meetings and assist new hire training for basic IT needs.
  • Set up new workstations for users, deploying equipment and checking account setups.
  • Heavy use of Windows and Mac OS devices, with a strong understanding of Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and ability to test new technology.
  • Create documentation for staff training purposes and resolve Tier 1 support tickets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Associate Degree plus two years of tech support experience.
  • A+ and Net+ Certification or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and think critically.
  • Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
  • At least intermediate skills with MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Tableau, Hadoop, Oracle, Jira/Agile Tools, Microstrategy, etc.
