Job SummaryWe're looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in the automotive industry. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, working closely with our sales team to develop relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
- Work directly with our sales team to develop relationships and enhance the sales process
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
- Automotive experience is not required; willing to train
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service, communication skills, computer, and basic math skills
- Must be interested in working within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
