Job Summary

We're looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in the automotive industry. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, working closely with our sales team to develop relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Work directly with our sales team to develop relationships and enhance the sales process
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
Requirements
  • Automotive experience is not required; willing to train
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, computer, and basic math skills
  • Must be interested in working within a team environment
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
