As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for utilizing inside and outside sales strategies to attract and retain clients, managing high volumes of customer inquiries, and providing accurate quotes for our moving services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with our moving team to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Document sales and customer interactions accurately in our CRM.
  • Participate actively in sales strategy sessions and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in inside sales, with a background in outside sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $40,000 to $58,000+ in the first year, based on sales performance. Note: This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
