Media Operations Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a vital member of the media and analytics division, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Media. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all media operations, execute media strategies, and evaluate performance KPIs to align with business objectives for each campaign.

This role requires you to refine media processes, assess and implement media models, including attribution, while also exploring emerging platforms.

We are looking for a seasoned manager who is passionate about performance-driven advertising and possesses a proactive mindset for developing solutions that enhance our business operations. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.


WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid model with in-office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Mentor, supervise, and guide junior media team members in executing media plans and strategies, ensuring effective stewardship of media performance, analysis, and reporting.
  • Determine the optimal media mix and strategies tailored to campaign objectives across various marketing channels.
  • Prepare and present media plans, forecasts, quarterly evaluations, and testing proposals to clients.
  • Monitor and manage media budgets for all campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the media and analytics team to enhance data processing, results reporting, media operations, and systems.
  • Lead the media team in presenting analyses, findings, and recommendations to achieve client objectives.
  • Drive the business operating vision, translating it into impactful recommendations and solutions for processes, personnel, and technology.
  • Employ strategic thinking and partner with senior leadership and team members to generate ideas for growth and meet business goals.
  • Research, evaluate, onboard, and manage relevant partnerships to complement and enhance service offerings and overall media performance.
  • Stay informed on market research, competitive data, industry trends, and the media landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Strong leadership and analytical capabilities with a proven track record of delivering in-depth media performance analysis and insightful recommendations to foster business growth.
  • Solid business acumen with demonstrated experience and knowledge of the US Hispanic marketing and media landscape.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Core Media systems, Power BI, and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management abilities with a talent for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance-oriented media roles.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
