  • Leadership and Development: Develop and implement plans to enhance performance, service level, and cost-per-piece, while promoting a culture of accountability, teambuilding, and positive employee relations management.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to identify best-in-class solutions and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of prior management experience in a distribution/manufacturing/production environment, with a minimum of 3 years managing inventory control functions within a distribution center/warehouse.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management.
  • Skills: Functional knowledge and transactional experience with WMS systems, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bi-Lingual: Preferred language skills.
  • Master's Degree: Preferred educational background.
  • Demonstrated Leadership: Proven leadership abilities and experience managing exempt colleagues.
