Job Summary

Neany Inc. is seeking a skilled Contracts/Procurement Specialist to support the headquarters location. This role requires a Secret clearance and offers a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 – $80,000.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K after the first six months, and tuition assistance.

The successful candidate will prepare, review, negotiate, administer, and administrate contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and various contractual and proposal documents. Key responsibilities include reviewing cost proposals and pricing information, preparing and administering contracts and purchase orders with specific vendors, and evaluating vendor proposals to ensure all requirements are met.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, and three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of contract principles and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
