About the Role:

The Client Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with the Brand Management Team to elevate the client's brand and drive business growth.

This individual will earn the trust and respect of clients, acting as a reliable advisor who adds value through a steadfast commitment to success, consistent performance, and teamwork to generate a diverse array of ideas and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee processes, deliverables, and timelines to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Quickly grasp the intricacies of the client's brand, target audience, industry landscape, business goals, activation strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Exhibit exceptional project management capabilities, adeptly handling internal and client communications under tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to team discussions, setting clear expectations regarding timelines and deliverables, while effectively communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing budgets and ensuring accurate client billing.
  • Identify potential conflicts and opportunities proactively, addressing or escalating issues promptly and intelligently.
  • Propose actionable solutions to senior team members to meet client business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a prominent brand, advertising, or digital agency.
