Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and expand business with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to address challenges and deliver value that exceeds expectations.
  • Oversee a portfolio valued at over $2.5 million.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction across multiple projects and engagements.
  • Assemble and lead teams to tackle clients' business challenges; guide teams through the closing of deals.
  • Direct project teams, delivering sophisticated solutions.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
  • Manage client accounts, overseeing teams and consultants while providing internal updates on account activities.
  • Share insights and expertise, particularly in retail or healthcare sectors.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in cultivating and enhancing client relationships over time.
  • 10+ years of experience leading teams through all phases of project lifecycles, particularly in IT services or consulting environments managing significant accounts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex account management within large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience in managing transformational initiatives that integrate people, processes, and technology.
  • Previous accountability for revenue and sales objectives.
  • Experience in evaluating the performance of individual consultants, whether as direct reports or team members.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a history of client satisfaction.
  • A continuous learner mentality that you bring to your professional environment.
  • Established industry connections within the Nashville region.
  • Experience or expertise in retail or healthcare is preferred.
