Position Overview

The Client Relationship Specialist exemplifies FirstBank's commitment to service excellence by ensuring precise and effective transaction handling, identifying and fulfilling customer requirements, and proficiently promoting banking products and services through the Bank's needs assessment approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer requirements and offer suitable advice and insights when suggesting and clarifying banking products and services, adhering to established protocols, brand principles, and service benchmarks; refer customers to relevant Bank specialists as necessary.
  • Assist clients with their transactional requests in line with established protocols, brand principles, and service benchmarks, including addressing basic and complex inquiries regarding account statuses, transaction records, service fees, interest rates, etc., as applicable.
  • Support the Financial Center Manager in operational tasks by performing duties of a Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative as required.
  • Foster connections with local businesses and individual clients, achieving personal and branch objectives for new accounts and teller services.
  • Deliver consistent, exceptional service to all clients while embodying the FirstBank service ethos.
  • Adhere to safe and sound banking practices, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations, internal controls, operational protocols, and risk management policies; follow security measures diligently.
  • Maintain regular and dependable attendance.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a banking environment.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Notary certification is preferred.
