About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Cardiometabolic Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for key regions, aligned with customer and market prototypes.
  • Translate key insights and learnings into actionable plans to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial operations, and market access, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of people management experience, with a proven track record of leading sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and present to executive leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
