Job Title: Sr. Account/Business Development Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Techminds Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Account/Business Development Manager to join their team in Plainsboro, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT solutions or technology services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
