About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategy Lead to join our Commercial Strategy and Marketing group at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing brand-level objectives and strategic priorities that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define overarching brand objectives and consumer activation/experience strategy, prioritizing patient needs and market opportunities.
  • Develop brand persona, messaging, and concepts to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and articulate a unified brand voice and messaging strategy that resonates across customer groups and segments.
  • Ensure marketing plans are executed in alignment with strategic brand objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
  • Analyze brand performance and KPIs, providing insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in sales, brand management, or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including medical, regulatory, and clinical processes.
  • Experience leading brand strategy development and driving impactful customer experiences.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of innovative market tactics and high-impact results.
