Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote seamless transitions
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making

Requirements for this position include:
- A degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Prior related nursing experience is highly desirable
- Licensure in the State of Vermont and current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Unit-specific certifications as required, such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC
