About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving growth and revenue for the store.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or sales; experience in the paint industry a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
