We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Specialist to join our team at Kyyba. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for processing daily reimbursement transactions, product tracking records, and warranty claims. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to provide equitable and timely reimbursement to our channel partners, while safeguarding our company assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily reimbursement transactions and product tracking records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide reimbursement administration to channel partners, field representatives, marketing units, and factories.
  • Assist company personnel and channel partners in using warranty systems and answer warranty or Product Improvement Program (PIP) related inquiries.
  • Process channel partner and inter-company financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Preferred: at least a 2-year Associate's Degree (but not required)
  • A background in claims processing, call center, or related field will be beneficial.
