Retail Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, identifying and meeting their needs
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and customer expectations
- Basic math skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
