Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the US West Coast region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing developing markets and seizing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee direct and indirect account management in the US West Coast region.
- Establish relationships with construction professionals to create awareness about the possibilities of fiber-reinforced concrete.
- Manage existing value chains and develop new engineers, owners, general contractors, and concrete contractors/suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing value chains and continually grow market share.
- Work with engineers and owners to build product specifications.
- Prepare and present technical proposals.
- Identify new opportunities within the region and take action to capitalize on them.
- Facilitate regional business growth with an entrepreneurial mindset to expand revenue and profitability.
- Daily management of established regional accounts.
- Report on competitor activity, territory forecasting, and territory performance.
- Recommend new product innovations to grow the business.
- Negotiate prices with customers in coordination with Area Sales Managers.
- Execute regional Commercial and Digital Marketing plans in line with X+1 growth plans.
- Coordinate superior customer service with the marketing operations team.
Essential Skills & Competencies:
- BA/BS degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or Sales/Marketing).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven outside sales and/or engineering experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel upwards of 50% in the assigned region.
- Strong negotiation skills in high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of general building processes and new product specification development.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a result-driven mindset.
- Concise and accurate decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools, CRM, forecasting, and marketing techniques.
- Desire to learn and grow within the organization.
- Competitive mindset and passion to win.
