Regional Sales Manager for West USA

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the West USA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new revenue growth, acquiring new logos, and maximizing our footprint within the HID install base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow new revenue and acquire new logos
* Maximize our footprint within the HID install base
* Strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building
* Identify new project opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations
* Develop and execute a business plan to grow the territory
Requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager for a technology vendor
* Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding new logos in an Enterprise Software role
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
* Self-motivated with superb organizational skills
* Extensive network of customers and advocates in the market
