Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

At V3 Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing solar projects and driving our mission to revolutionize the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure high performance and achievement of project goals.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive seamless project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Lead project meetings, create presentations, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams, with a strong focus on accountability, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and running meetings.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
