Job Summary

Houses of Hope of Nebraska, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes recovery, independence, and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software.
  • Valid Nebraska driver's license and ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • CPR/First Aid and Med Aide certification preferred.
