Sales Development Role

Buddlefly is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and achieving sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to generate new appointments and convert qualified leads.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and provide regular progress updates.
  • Develop and execute social selling strategies to source high-quality leads.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and Account Executives, ensuring seamless collaboration and open communication.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets or recent college graduate with relevant intern sales experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for sales and marketing, with a desire to learn and grow
  • Able to receive and implement feedback
  • Motivated to achieve sales goals and advance in their career
What We Offer:

The estimated salary range is $55,000-$65,000 USD per year. Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
