Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team at Budderfly. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the QSR, Casual Dining, C Store, and Hotel Markets.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and negotiating complex deals to win business. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and technology teams to engage directly with customers and introduce Budderfly's Energy Efficiency as a Service solution.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Negotiate complex deals and assist in responding to RFPs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for closing business and improving customer results.
