Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead small to mid-size projects or phases of a larger project, impacting a Line Of Business (LOB) and/or functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, manage project scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and value proposition that support diverse business goals and interests of multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage project budget and financials throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating and executing budgetary requests independently while adhering to project and company standards.
  • Coordinate with resources to gather estimates, track utilization, determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or vendors, and monitor/manages performance for vendor labor resources.
  • Support business case development, perform project initiation activities, and administer project checkpoints to drive delivery and mitigate/resolve bottlenecks.
  • Identify, track, escalate, and resolve issue conflicts, perform impact analysis and prioritization, manage dependencies, and track/monitor, escalating risk with corrective/mitigating actions.
  • Develop change management planning, design, and implementation, including communication and training.
  • Lead communication planning, execution, and reporting with project team members, liaising with key stakeholders.
  • Understand various project delivery methodologies, such as waterfall and agile, and feel comfortable coordinating with all types of projects.
  • Develop an integrated project plan, identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, and track/report project checkpoints while adhering to project policy standards, ensuring potential impacts to external client experience are addressed in the project solution/plan.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading small to mid-size projects or phases of a larger project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business leaders, project team members, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, track, and escalate issue conflicts, and perform impact analysis and prioritization.
  • Ability to manage project budget and financials, and facilitate and execute budgetary requests independently.
  • Experience with project delivery methodologies, such as waterfall and agile.
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to develop and implement change management plans.
