Job Overview

Ultimate Care NY is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead various projects within different areas of our home care operations, technology, and support teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating our processes, policies, and procedures, and providing solutions-focused efficient solutions to operational, technology, and support team issues and inefficiencies.

This role is an extension of the Project Management Organization and reports directly to the Regional Director of Business Optimization.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of successful and scalable call center operations processes and procedures, and will be able to work cross-functionally between departments, remove silos, delegate work, and motivate individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and organize various projects within different areas of our home care operations, technology, and support teams.
  • Provide thorough analysis of findings and actionable recommendations based on project outcomes.
  • Present project results and recommendations to senior leadership, both formally and informally.
  • Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Influence and contribute to the development of operational policies to improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years leading high-performing teams in call center settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally between departments, remove silos, delegate work, and motivate individuals.
  • A strong understanding of successful and scalable call center operations processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about our operations processes, policies, and issues.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional professional written communication skills.
  • Project management experience is required, but it can be informal and doesn't need to be certified.
