Job Title: Freelance HR Coordinator (part-time)
Department: Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the onboarding process, ensuring seamless employee integration.
- Collaborate with the offsite employee population, serving as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and support.
- Manage I-9 verification and compliance requirements for all new hires, utilizing e-verify and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain and file employee forms in iCIMS and PeopleDoc Online file management systems.
- Complete employment verifications and provide timely responses to employee inquiries.
- Assist Senior HR staff with special projects and provide support to the HR Operations team as needed.
- Lead quarterly audits in partnership with the Payroll team, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience or strong internships in HR or a related field.
- Self-directed, quick learner, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with excellent client service skills.
- Comfortable with HRIS, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour, with a total compensation package that includes salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
