Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including providing support to payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable staff, creating and maintaining employee files, scheduling meetings, and answering inbound telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable staff
  • Manage employee files and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule meetings and appointments via Zoom and MS Teams
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate staff member
  • Scan documents and distribute to staff as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field
  • Previous payroll and/or accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience managing travel for a team is an asset
Work Environment

This is an in-office position located in Pasadena. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with a start time between 8am and 10am.
