As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our accounts payable team and ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Research and resolve complex supplier issues and complaints.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the AP Manager to develop and implement financial strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processing concepts and applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Experience with Oracle applications.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Education:
  • Associate's degree in accounting, business management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management.
