Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our Customer Success department. Qualifications
To excel as a Customer Success Manager at AutoLeadStar, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- A strong ability to leverage data for business insights and decision-making.
- Experience with CRM systems and the ability to establish follow-up processes.
