The Senior Relationship Manager, Middle Market is a key role within our Commercial Banking team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients in the Middle Market segment. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial industry trends, business development techniques, and credit decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to grow existing relationships and acquire new clients in the Middle Market segment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
- Provide expert advice on commercial lending solutions, treasury management, capital markets, investment services, and other financial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit management, to ensure seamless execution of loan decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Middle Market segment, including industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of related experience in commercial banking, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
