Job Title: Client / Employee Partner

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Client / Employee Partner to join our team in Tinton Falls, NJ.

This dynamic role requires a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service, manage client services, and build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
  • Grow and manage your client services caseload
  • Build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Develop effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree preferred but not required
  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
