Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Market Expansion: Identify potential markets and customers, and develop strategies to differentiate Convergint from competitors.
- Develop Pipeline: Work with decision-makers to assess needs, gain agreement on business cases, and develop proposals.
- Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to construct winning proposals.
- Presentation and Closing: Present proposals to decision-makers, manage objections, and negotiate deals.
