Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify potential markets and customers, and develop strategies to differentiate Convergint from competitors.
  • Develop Pipeline: Work with decision-makers to assess needs, gain agreement on business cases, and develop proposals.
  • Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to construct winning proposals.
  • Presentation and Closing: Present proposals to decision-makers, manage objections, and negotiate deals.
  • Partner Engagement: Establish and cultivate meaningful business relationships with potential partners, influencers, and customers.
  • Lead, Train, and Develop Account Executives: Lead Account Executives to upsell and cross-sell in existing and new accounts, and contribute to their development.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to assess sales performance, pricing strategies, and profitability.
