Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Devfi. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, including sales, customer service, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of sales personnel, mechanics/techs, and office staff.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet their sales and customer service targets.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Branch Operations
    • Manage branch expenses, including product purchases and margins, sales discounts, and service sales and margins.
    • Ensure the branch is operating efficiently and effectively, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and security.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer support or inside sales positions.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor/manager of 10 or more persons.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
    • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

The Branch Manager will work in a normal office, warehouse, and shop floor environment. The role will require 24 hours on-call to customer calls and supervision of others. The Branch Manager will also be required to work with computers and have attention to detail.
