Role Overview:


As the Salon Operations Leader, you will cultivate a dynamic team environment aimed at achieving outstanding salon performance through exceptional customer service and brand representation.


Your primary responsibilities will include inspiring and guiding the team to deliver top-notch results, ensuring clients receive a premier haircut experience, and mentoring stylists to unlock their full potential.

While prior management experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence necessary to excel in this leadership role.


You will receive continuous support from our Area Manager, Technical Training Manager, and a network of fellow salon leaders.

Our Salon Operations Leaders typically earn over $40/hr, including tips and bonuses, with a base hourly wage ranging from $22 to $24/hr.

Qualifications:

  • A valid cosmetology license.
You will engage with clients directly, providing hair services.

  • Preferred experience in salon management (1 year) – we are happy to train the right candidate

  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry
