Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Representative:

  • Address customer inquiries and issues by delivering precise and trustworthy information utilizing provided tools and training.
  • Enhance brand visibility through residential sales initiatives, lead generation, and experiential marketing strategies.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies to maintain a positive public image for our clients.
  • Contribute to the daily growth and evolution of assigned campaign strategies.
  • Provide direct feedback and results to the Account Management and sales teams to drive revenue and sales performance.
  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and increased sales margins by fostering an exceptional consumer experience.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of all our client's products, services, and any promotional offers.

Qualifications for the Marketing Representative:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience as a marketing representative, sales associate, or client consultant is preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in sales strategies and work schedules.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of excelling in both independent tasks and collaborative projects.
  • Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor.
  • Strong sales aptitude with a fundamental understanding of the sales process and closing deals.
