Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct store visits to manage client and customer support in the assigned territory.
• Develop and deliver in-store bakery training programs to ensure high-quality products and services.
• Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to support clients and customers in various locations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in food service or a related industry.
